Setup

Complete these steps before the workshop begins.

Software

• Install Quarto (version 1.4 or later)
• Install a recent version of RStudio or VS Code with the Quarto extension
• (Optional) Install R and/or Python for live code cells

Verify your install

Run the following in a terminal to confirm Quarto is available:

quarto --version

Workshop materials

• Clone the workshop repository

git clone https://github.com/emilhvitfeldt/workshop-slidecrafting.git

Render a test slide

• Confirm you can render a reveal.js deck
